Baby Boy

The news is out -- Grant is going to have a baby brother!

Grant is a year old!

While I don't have any birthday pictures (forgot to take my camera to the birthday bash) here are some recent pictures of our birthday boy - or should I say birthday boys - Grant turned 1 on Jan 8 and his daddy has a birthday Jan 15. Grant loves technology. He shares earphones for the Zune with his dad. He loves the cool look of sunglasses. "Looking good, Hollywood" with Uncle Jake.

Sunday Evening Christmas feast with Salmonds

Lots of food and fun were available to all as we spent and evening with Patty, Nyles, and their children. Cami and Steve were in town from Chicago. Rob, Nygelit, and Susie were over. From my family, Walter's family, Jenn's family, Emilie, Jacob, and I were there.

White Christmas

Snow started in the afternoon of Christmas Eve and continued off and on all night. The result was a bight and sunny winter wonderland on Christmas morning.

Merry Christmas to All

Any one who knows a "Brewer Christmas Eve" would recognize that Pizza is essential. This year we added a twist by having our very own pizza man. Jenn's husband, Tyler, tossed the dough and supervised the other detail of our annual pizza party. Belen even sang , "Tyler is a pizza man, pizza man, pizza man. Tyler is our pizza man who makes our favorite food." (Tune: Mary had a Little Lamb.) We then read from Luke 2 and opened gifts. A great time was had by all - especially after Jacob figured out how to download to his new Zune.
