Today was the big day. Jacob came bouncing into my room at 6:30 a.m. (sharp), reminded me that I was his companion, and brought me to the living room for companionship prayer and scripture study. Wally, Josh, and Lyla joined us for breakfast. Walter then helped him pack those last items. We drove to Provo (Jenny's family and Em went with us) where we had a quick lunch at MacDonalds and and even quicker good-bye at the MTC curb. We left him very excited and happy to be there.

A mission is one of the greatest choices I have ever made. I think it is absolutely amazing that he is going. The Lord will bless him and the family! Love you guys!
He is so excited in those pictures! Glad he got off ok. We are so proud of him!
